Observation

There is no better way to communicate your vision than the Bible. It has been proven time and time again that it communicates effectively, not just with believers, but also with those who don’t believe in God. Use the Bible to share your vision and see how you will influence how many people. The idea is to start with a vision statement. Vision statements are actionable ideas and concepts that you have for your life, company, or organization. A vision statement is helpful in the decision-making process and can be very beneficial to any individual. But the most crucial question here is why use the Bible to communicate your vision. The Bible is full of stories that exemplify outstanding leadership.

The Bible has been translated into more languages than any other book in history. Many Christians still consider it as an essential read of their lives. But what about those who don’t believe? As we continue our study of leadership, let’s look at some lessons from the scripture of Habakkuk 2:2. Here we understand the most important of having a vision or direction from God is writing it down and making it plainly for everyone to understand. The powerful thing about this scripture is that when the vision is written even a runner can read it. Sometimes we write vision statements either for our life or our business, but it lacks a solid foundation for others to understand. This lack of foundation is why our vision must come from the Bible; when the Bible is the foundation of our vision, it will become clear enough for everyone it will affect to understand.

Application

If you want to share your vision for the future and make a difference in people’s lives, try using the Bible. It has been proven time and time again that it communicates effectively with believers and those who don’t believe in God. Use it to help reach out most powerfully to all humans—even those who reject its message. It may surprise you how many will hear what you have to say when they see Scripture quotes on social media or witness them put into action by someone else! See if this ancient book can do anything for your marketing strategy today!

Reflection

Do you have a vision statement that you need to upgrade? Write the information out and find a scripture that communicates what you want to say.

Pray for:

Pray for a vision from the Lord, one that will show you precisely the step He needs you to take in your calling.
